How We Work

Start Process

Feed bottles on conveyor or using botte turntable. The Space Creator creates a proper gap between two bottles, when the bottle moves on the Conveyor.

Control Process

Sensor detects bottle, PLC triggers Label Dispenser, belt presses bottle, label accurately sticks on bottle.

Label Process

Then the bottle proceeds to the subsequent stage in the production or manufacturing process.

End Process

The machine is able to label up to 100 / 200 containers per minute depending on products and label size.

Please supply your products and label size (a picture of labeled samples is rather helpful), and then a suitable labeling solution will be suggested accordingly.

We strictly implement the responsibility of the post,

1) When you confirm the order, the design department will send the final design for your confirmation before production.
2) The designer will follow the processing department to ensure each mechanical parts are processed correctly and timely.
3) After all parts are done, the designer transfers responsibility to the Assembly Dept, which needs to assemble the equipment on time.
4) Responsibility transferred to the Adjustment Dept with the assembled machine. Sales will check the progress and feedback to the customer.
5) After the customer’s video checking/factory inspection, sales will arrange the delivery.
6) If a customer has a problem during the application, Sales will ask the After-sales Dept to solve it together.”
